These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by CDL PowerSuite LLC through its account notification and customer support SMS program.

CDL PowerSuite Account and Support SMS Program

CDL PowerSuite LLC operates an optional SMS program for account notifications and customer support communications.

Messages sent through this program are non-promotional and may include account alerts, security notices, training schedule reminders, service-related updates, and customer support communications.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this SMS program.

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity, training activity, and interactions with CDL PowerSuite. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive messages through this program is optional, is collected separately from other consents, and is not a condition of purchase.

1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the CDL PowerSuite SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from CDL PowerSuite LLC at the mobile number you provided.

Your consent applies to this SMS program and does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.

SMS consent is collected separately from consent to receive communications through other channels.

2. Types of Messages

Messages sent through this program may include:

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity, training activity, service usage, and interactions with CDL PowerSuite.

CDL PowerSuite does not charge recipients a separate fee to receive SMS messages, although your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging or data charges.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of the CDL PowerSuite SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. No further messages from this SMS program will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

If you wish to receive messages again after opting out, you may use the applicable opt-in process again or contact CDL PowerSuite for assistance.

6. Message Delivery

Message delivery is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside the control of CDL PowerSuite.

Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered because of wireless carrier restrictions, network availability, device settings, service interruptions, or other circumstances.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Your Mobile Number

When providing a mobile phone number for SMS communications, you represent that you own or are authorized to use that number.

If your mobile number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned to another person, please update your information or notify CDL PowerSuite as soon as reasonably possible.

You should not provide a mobile number that you do not own or have authorization to use.

8. Privacy and Mobile Information

Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is handled in accordance with the CDL PowerSuite Privacy Policy.

CDL PowerSuite does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers and telecommunications providers as necessary to operate, deliver, secure, and support the SMS program, subject to appropriate restrictions on their use of that information.
